During our briefing, we will analyze your goals and framework together. Based on this, I will create a customized design precisely tailored to your needs and desired outcome.

Impulse lecture & moderation

I design keynotes and facilitation formats to topics such as conflicts at work, decision-making under uncertainty, cooperative communication, leadership, thinking und learning. Always operating in the spaces between science and practice, with a clear and tangible impact.

Structural change &

cultural development

​I support organisations in further developing their structures and shaping a cooperative, sustainable organisational culture. The formats are participatory in nature and designed for long-term effectiveness.

Internal learning and development structures

We develop internal offers that embed learning and development into everyday work, together with my expet network – such as coaching pools, learning formats, or expert workshops.

Leadership

Single-session

Coaching

A one-time, focused coaching session for gaining clarity on a specific leadership question. In two hours, you will gain new impulses, make a decision, or achieve clarity on a specific situation.​​

Short-term and development coaching

In 3 to 5 sessions, I support you with a concrete challenge. We define goals, develop new perspectives, and test initial steps in practice. If needed, multiple issues can be combined into a longer-term developmental coaching process.

Executive training

I develop training modules on leadership topics such as communication, decision-making, or dealing with uncertainty – tailored to your target audience.

Team

Team development & supervision

I work with teams to reflect on and improve their collaboration. This can involve clarifying roles, optimising communication processes, or developing innovative processes or products.

Workshops & exams

Whether a strategy workshop or a retrospective, I facilitate full-day or half-day formats with a clear focus and the involvement of all participants.

Conflict moderation

​

When there are tensions within the team, I facilitate structured clarification processes in which all voices are heard and sustainable and innovative solutions are developed together.
